The Maricopa County Events Center Box Office is located inside the main gates to
the right of the fountain, at 19403 R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, AZ 85375
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Closed Sunday & Monday
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets including Wherehouse Music, select
Macy's stores and Fry's Marketplace. To charge by phone, call (480) 784‑4444
or (520) 321‑1000. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or at the venue box office.
You may purchase tickets at the Box Office during operating hours; however the Box
Office does not sell tickets over the phone. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and cash. They do not accept checks.
No bottles, cans, or coolers
No laser pointers or weapons
No outside food and beverage
No cameras or recording devices are allowed in the venue
Smoking is allowed only on the courtyard patio
Everyone needs a ticket, including children.
Accessible seats are available in sections 2 through 5. Please request a wheelchair
location, and a companion seat if necessary, at the time you purchase your tickets.
Ample accessible parking is available surrounding the venue. Show your placard and
the parking staff will assist you.
With 2 weeks notice, we can provide a sign language interpreter for hearing impaired
patrons. Please notify the theatre by e-mail or by phone
(623-544-2888).
Assistive listening devices are available for no charge from the receptionist at
the information desk located in the lobby of the venue. We do require a photo ID
as a deposit.
There are concession stands at the venue that offer snacks and full bar service.
Ample free adjacent parking with great access in and out of the venue. To see a
